Apple has updated the Developer Advertising Services Agreement to indicated that revenue share for the iAd Network is now 70% to the Developer.
--- Developer Advertising Services Agreement Update We have made the following changes to the Developer Advertising Services Agreement for the iAd Network, effective immediately.
The revenue share for the iAd Network is now 70% to the Developer.
If you do not agree with the changes and do not wish to continue to accept advertisements from the iAd Network, you can terminate your agreement by sending an email to devcontracts@apple.com. ---
We reported on this increase in mid-February. At the time Apple was also said to have dropped the iAd minimum buy to just $100,000 and changed how it charged for ads. Previously, Apple charged advertisers a fixed rate per every thousand impressions and a per click fee. Now Apple is said to only charge per thousand impressions.

Does anyone know what the iAd revenue share was before? It would be helpful to include comparison info in the article.
