Gemini, a duplicate file finder app for OS X, has been updated with the ability to scan multiple folders or volumes, to exclude paths, and to scan from the drop-down menu in Finder.
A totally new and compelling way to locate duplicates and eliminate them from your Mac!
Features: • Task-focused drag-and-drop support makes scanning multiple folders for duplicates easy and straightforward • One-click automatic selection of needless copies allows to avoid manual, but long and boring file screening • Built-in preview of already categorized duplicates will help define which copies are unnecessary for you • Exclude list of folders, files and file extensions that Gemini should ignore while scanning • Unique algorithms make scanning and removal much faster, leaving you more time for other tasks • Finder integration allows you to add any folder to scan just from the control-click menu • Gemini will ensure you'll keep at least one instance of each duplicated item for the sake of safety
What's New In This Version: • You can now add and scan multiple folders or Volumes. • Gemini now has Preferences. • Added an Exclude List for paths, files and file extensions. • Now you can 'Scan for Duplicates with Gemini' from the drop-down menu in Finder. • Improved error handling and stability. • Fixed some small bugs and issues.
You can purchase Gemini: The Duplicate Finder from the App Store for $7.99.
