Really though why waste these exploits on iOS 5 Now when Apple has NO clue that the flaw is there... I mean really all these impatient idiots wanting to get their 'The New iPad'(I really hate that name -_-) or any other of their iOS Devices That was sadly pre-installed with the 5.1 software jailbroken now are like i keep saying Idiots!
pod2G listen I'm not trying to tell you want the right choice is but I'm going to state my Opinion.... Listen to to i0n1c and keep this jailbreak a secret so that you can find more exploits and use another less valuable one for the NEXT iOS 5 Update or maybe the one after that... These people can wait!

I think he should use it now, and get the donations for this exploit, then find another exploit for Ios6 and get more donations, come on Pod2g youhave to thinklike a business man!! And noone tells me everything is not all about the money, this times are tough this Dude skills are worth the money!!
I cant see why so many people wanna burn these exploits when they could be put to better use on ios 6 dont get me wrong i would love to jailbreak my new ipad but i would rather wait and jailbreak it on ios 6 and if a new device comes along with ios 6 (new iphone) it would be nice to jailbreak that close to the release instead of having to wait for new exploits to be found. Plus pod2g would have to do less work that way and i think thats a good thing in its self as he does all of this for free
Then you obviously can't see that Apple has yet to release a solid new release without bugs that are fixed shortly after a jailbreak comes out. IOS 6 will come out, the jailbreak will be released, then of course a bug is found that has bad battery drain or whatever and the exploit is patched and your stuck with a jailbreak on some new awesome IOS that has a killer bug that annoys you. No matter what you do this waiting game will always be here.
Atleast 5.1 is stable and if we want to play the 'burn the exploits' game then theres no sense in releasing for first release of IOS6 because an update will be out a month later. Then perhaps another update.
Rak21.. FYI, for some of us we did not necessarily upgrade our idevices from ios5.0.1 to ios5.1. We bought the idevices already pre-installed with ios5.1. My iphone4 is jailbreaked under ios5.0.1 and i did not update. Then i bought an ipad2 but its pre-installed with ios5.1. I would be happy to use it jailbreaked too just like my iphone4.

Sometimes I believe they leave some cracks in their iOS on purpose I think.
So POD2 please release it...my IPAD3 and 2 of my iPhones cuz they needed to me replaced they gave me a replacement with 5.1 they are tethered ..I hate them

You guys, seriously, Genius for iTunes Match is nice, but not worth waiting 6 months for a jailbreak in iOS 5.2 or 6. That, and I don't feel like spending all day backing up, backing up the jailbroken documents, upgrading, jailbreaking, restoring, restoring all the jailbroken documents... it's such a pain in the ass.
I agree people who say they 'accidentally upgraded' are morons.
BUT
people who just bought the iPhone or who had to have replacement may have received it already on 5.1
It doesn't makes sense because four of the most famous IOS hacker wrote a book called The IOS Hackers Handbook exposing how they jailbreak iphones and now their worried about saving their exploits?

LOL Lets be real here they are playing the public, if we are to believe they have a reason not to release the 5.1 jb. The facts are that apple knows whats going on, whats there to hide. The hackers need to PUT UP or SHUT UP! (4s 5.1 has been successfully JB weeks ago) Stop wasting our time telling us a 4s 5.1 jailbreak is possible and then showing us videos they done it and posting tweets about it, what good is that to us? Are they a bunch of show offs now!? If your going to jailbreak. its for the public good, so let the public utilize it, and stop playing games with us!!!

Side note: If I8Sn0w said there is a way to downgrade from 5.1 and above down to 5.0.1 & 5.0 then what's the hold up?
Release the downgrade instructions so people and fully use their devices. The jailbreak can be released and they can start working on IOS 6 When it comes out. Problem solved.
Live for today and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. 5 exploits seams like a lot but there are no guaranties that by that time IOS 6.0 comes out the would not be closed anyway; I'm expecting IOS 6.0 will be released probably in October with the new IPHONE; if you ask me it feels like an eternity. How revolutionary will IOS 6.0? really be?
When the iphone comes out everyone will be asking for a jailbreak, right now only my ipad its on 5.1 so I'll rather wait and have a jailbreak for my iphone than my ipad, I really depend on the tethering apps, besides who can live whithout bitesms, mywi or pdanet, sbsettings, infinidock, and now SAM! Jsut a few of the tweaks I have on my device!
Please.. PLEASE.. Release it already. Am sure when the ios6 comes out you guys will be able to crack at it again.
I really need the jailbreak right now. I need it so badly for my work. I ise a lot of apps that can only be used and installed in a jailbreaked iDevice.
So please do, Not delay any more. I have been waiting for this ios5.1 jailbreak for a while now. I am even willing to donate a few $ just to have the jailbreak right now.
Wait til iOS 6. I only say this because I always buy the new iPhone when it comes it out and I would much rather prefer a jailbreak for that ASAP. Not to mention I won't want to upgrade my new iPad to iOS 6 unless there is a jb available.
