The iPhone Dev-Team has released UltraSn0w 1.2.7 to bring unlock support for some older basebands on iOS 5.1.1.

please let me know if someone tried anything different
In English por favor.
Does this mean that my modem won't go bat-shit anymore on my 3GS with 6.15 when trying to use GPS or another data using app on T-Mobile?????
Seriously guys, you write your tutorials and news alerts for people that are just like you. The majority of us are not! Assume we know nothing and write like the reader just picked up his iPhone for the first time.
Due to the intricacies involved in unlocking iOS devices through software, this version of Ultrasn0w doesnât come with any additional baseband support, but serves to unlock the modem firmware: 01.59.00, 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.13.01, 05.12.01 and 06.15.00.
