Dustin Howett has released a new version of his Safari Download Manager for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Safari Download Manager is an extension that adds a powerful, highly-configurable download manager to the iPhone's web browser. Like never before, you can take control over downloaded file types, and harness the true power of the network connection on your device.
What's New In This Version: ● iOS 5.x support! ● Completely re-written downloading core! ● Completely re-written user interface! ● Tap and hold images and links to get a "Save As" effect! ● Beautiful retina file type icons! ● Resume all of the things! ● Support for more than 10 languages! ● A far more flexible downloader, with many more file types than before!
You can purchase Safari Download Manager from the Cydia Store for $5.00.

Nice! I too was waiting for this to be updated. Safari Download Enabler was screwing with some of my apps and i had to uninstall. Manager is working well and playing very nicely with my apps now.
