Microsoft and Nokia have announced a Windows Phone 8 event on September 5th, one week before Apple's rumored event. They are expected unveil the next generation Lumia at the event and it appears Nokia is confident that it will be an impressive device.

Fantastic, a new Nokia and a new windows platform........combined, it's bound for disaster before its even of the ground. It'll spend more time frozen and restarting than it will actually running smoothly

Windows on phones is not very good iOS is the best in a lot of things but android has some good features too
