Following its win over Samsung in court, Apple is now seeking to have 8 Samsung devices banned in the United States.

The jury found that 28 Samsung devices infringed on Apple's patents; however, Apple is only seeking an injunction on the following:
● Galaxy S 4G
● Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
● Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
● Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
● Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
● Galaxy S Showcase
● Droid Charge
● Galaxy Prevail

It appears as though Apple is targeting devices that it will compete against. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for September 20th.

@TrueDat You are so wrong, siri is a joke nobody uses it and crapple wants money from those who perfected their own app like samsung. Just because crapple spent billions on ineffective R&D does not mean they should be reimbursed thru their cronies acting as biased judges . Yet crapple says it went to court "reluctantly" what a bunch of biggots ! They would not go if they knew they would not win !

Back to making decent, unique phones/devices now. Patiently awaiting the next iPhone. And it better have a bigger/wider screen. ☺
