Apple has appealed a Tokyo court's ruling that Samsung didn't infringe on a patent for synchronizing media data with servers, reports Bloomberg.
Apple appealed an Aug. 31 ruling by Tokyo District Court that said Samsung didn't violate Apple's invention of technology for synchronizing music and video data with servers, a court spokesman Yutaka Sakai said by phone today. Cupertino, California-based Apple was ordered by Tokyo District Judge Tamotsu Shoji at the time to pay costs of the lawsuit.
I'm an Apple guy but good for samsung what apple are doing is only hurting themselves they look week and scared and because of it many are buying Samsung and apple don't even need the money!!!!
I have so much money so I will sue just to keep my competitors tiptoe-ing. If I lose, I will sell a few hundred iPhones to cover the court fees.
Damn, what a life at the top!
