not OEM, you won't be able to actually get a full aftermarket replacement, IMEI is listed on back of the iphones again like the original iphone

Are you sure this is original? I highly doubt that, as Apple will trace down and sue anyone who sells Apple logo product like this. Apple DOES NOT sell replacement part for iPhones!

if its original then it will suffer from scuffgate too. as for the price, at least it is better than cnn.cn where they sell these for $210.

I'd rather just keep returning them to Apple until I find a perfect one, sadly mine had a scuff on it and I'm now waiting for a replacement on 14th November as Apple is out of stock and I'm not having a refurb.

the Chinese are the ones that made it and anodizing is a way to protect aluminum which is where they did a bad job of it.
