Apple has posted iOS 6.0.1 firmware ipsws for the cellular iPad mini and iPad 4.

The new iPad mini models with download links are:
● iPad2,6
● iPad2,7


The new iPad 4 models with download links are:
● iPad3,5
● iPad3,6

Yes, see http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/ it mentions Model A1459 (iPad3,5 : GSM) and A1460 (iPad3,6 : CDMA) with the differences.
