Cinemagram Takes on Vine With New Mini-Movies

Cinemagram, an iPhone app that creates animated gifs from your video, has been updated to let you combine cines into a mini-movie. The update is likely in response to Twitter's new Vine app which was recently released for the iPhone.

Create a stunning hybrid between photo and video. Animate small portions of your photo to create a magical image that's part-photo and part-video. Apply vintage / cross processing filters, and share your masterful creation.
