Filippo Bigarella, the developer behind Springtomize, has posted a video of his iPhone's SpringBoard doing the Harlem Shake.

At this point his tweak hasn't been released; however, it appears as though he is considering making it an Activator action.

Looks great but iPhone will never get it because apple is getting boring. Or you could see it on the next iphone 5s / 6 /6s and that's getting "boring". Sorry to hard but iPhone 5 will the last one for me. "Looks like Samsung are getting it right"
