Uncover Will Give Your MacBook a Custom Glowing Logo [Photos]

Uncover, a company based in Amsterdam, will personalize your MacBook with a custom glowing logo design on its lid.

We started out investigating whether that backlit logo on every MacBook used its own tiny light source or actually the whole backlight. We took apart our MacBook Pro and found out, there's an entire lightpanel waiting behind the screen. From there we continuously developed our product to this day and are proud that we can offer our Uncovers, a beautiful and unique way to personalise your Macbook.


How does the process work?
1. You start off by picking your design.
2. We will ask you to answer several questions about your MacBook and your design.
3. Set a date for delivery or pick up and when we will have your laptop back for you to show off. (We know how special your MacBook is, try not worry we love your MacBook almost as much as you do, and we will treat it as such!).
4. You can deliver MacBook in person, or sent it by a transportation company to our location at the Vinkenstraat 79. We can also come pick up your MacBook, (0,50 euro for one kilometre). We wont charge you transportation cost if your Uncover costs above 600 euro.
5. Take your MacBook out for an adventure!

If you choose one of Uncover's designs, the cost is around €249 ($325). A completely custom creation starts at €599 ($780).
