Apple has discontinued their 20inch Cinema Display and pulled it from online stores, according to AppleInsider.

With immediate effect, the following products are 'End of Life' (EOL); Apple 20" Cinema Display," the Cupertino-based company wrote in a worldwide bulletin to its sales and service channels. "All backlog will be cancelled and there is no automatic order conversion."

Apple discontinued ithe 23-inch Cinema Display last fall and replaced it with the new LED-lit 24-inch Cinema Display which uses a Mini DisplayPort connector instead of a DVI connector.

This move to discontinue the 20-inch display renews hope that Apple will also discontinue the 30-inch display which has not been updated since 2004!
