Kanye West Says He's the Next Steve Jobs, Will Lead Billion Dollar Company

Kanye West has told the New York Times that he is the next Steve Jobs and will be the leader of a company that ends up being worth billions of dollars.

Here is the quote from an interview with West:

Yeah, respect my trendsetting abilities. Once that happens, everyone wins. The world wins; fresh kids win; creatives win; the company wins.

I think what Kanye West is going to mean is something similar to what Steve Jobs means. I am undoubtedly, you know, Steve of Internet, downtown, fashion, culture. Period. By a long jump. I honestly feel that because Steve has passed, you know, it’s like when Biggie passed and Jay-Z was allowed to become Jay-Z.

I’ve been connected to the most culturally important albums of the past four years, the most influential artists of the past ten years. You have like, Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Howard Hughes, Nicolas Ghesquière, Anna Wintour, David Stern.

I think that’s a responsibility that I have, to push possibilities, to show people: “This is the level that things could be at.” So when you get something that has the name Kanye West on it, it’s supposed to be pushing the furthest possibilities. I will be the leader of a company that ends up being worth billions of dollars, because I got the answers. I understand culture. I am the nucleus.

Musician is musician, in these days every single one of them with full of fantasies that could be the one that somebody like Steve jobs, act like one, speak like one, wear cloth just like them and all that thing is really insane, it just simply you are acting like that person, but in reality you have no idea how to be Steve jobs, so why don't you be yourself and try not be like somebody else?? It just like a person with no college degrees who just want to be something else.. It is also like just because you have little knowledge on HTML and most people think they are programmers or engineer.. Even high school kids in high school, they call themselves as an engineer, but they have no knowledge around making a complete set of product that runs operating system that requires higher level of engineering.. Please don't act like you are special person just because you got the snazzy job just because you had luck or just because you had connections, if you know well about yourself, you wouldn't call yourself an engineer. The engineer is who has ability to read and creat map of the circuit board for the computer parts or something else that requires you to have 20 years of project development. I'm not talking about tweaking a little bit of code or simple call precedures you write. Simply put, if you know how to creat well encrypted code that used by the enterprise size of network, and of course I'm not talking about you play around the configurations of the os from the hardware vendor, are you ale to crate code that communicates with hardware and know what code how they associates or triggers the parts from the circuit board? Then, just be quiet, you could be better looking if you don't ack like you are some sort of engineer.. Lots of companies in these days abuse that word by putting it in front If all the positions they posted, that is ridiculous, if you don't know at least how to code that associates with hardware part that you designed, You are not an enigineer, you could be either basic developer of some sort of specialist.. When professional people talking about enigineer, it is way beyond the knowledge what most of you know about...
