The MacOS iPhone Project has successfully ported Mac OS 7 to the iPhone. The team has been able to create an iPhone-ready version of Mac OS 7 (Classic), also known as System 7 which runs everything from System Properties to MacPaint.
They are currently working to complete the shutdown command and hope to launch the code soon. Take a look at some screenshots below...
