It appears the image was first created by iAnatomija and posted to reddit by iKurac. We've tweaked it slightly to remove a Cydia icon that was included by mistake.

Not changed much at all over the years! I guess good design never grows old! At the same time I would like to see more innovation than just more colourful icons.

Be honest doesn't iOS 7 hurts your eyes ? I'm glad when the next iPhone comes out I will jailbrake it :)
