I have the iPhone 5s from boost mobile(with no contract) but I want to sell it to a friend in FL, so that I can buy the iPhone 6. but I don't want to send it to her without knowing if she will be able to connect it with another carrier. Does anyone know if boost mobile iPhones can be connected to another carrier?

you guys say its locked, if that's true then they are totally scamming people who are sure that if they pay full price it's unlocked, I'd take them to curt for misleading!

Same as with Sprint, they are SIM locked to the carrier, the phone has a sim card for the LTE and won't work with any other sim cards in the US or overseas.
