Microsoft Trashes Google and Its Chromebooks in New Ad [Video]

Posted November 26, 2013 at 7:07pm by iClarified
Microsoft has a new 'Scroogled' ad that trashes Google and its Chromebook laptops.

The ad follows a young woman who wants to sell a laptop her mother gave her as a gift. She takes it into a pawn shop where Rick Harrison from the reality TV Show Pawn Stars tells her the Chromebook is worthless since it requires the Internet.

Harrison notes that normal laptops have apps like Microsoft Office and iTunes that can be used without being online; however, with the Chromebook if you lose Internet connection the device basically becomes a brick.

Take a look at the ad below...

Who knew Microsoft could make a genuinely good add???! Thing is, everything they said is true. It's not a real laptop, its a web browser with hardware.

Isn't that the truth. I'm still wondering what ever happened to that chromebook they made with that high res display that was supposedly gonna kill the retina MacBooks.
