Apple Seeds New Pre-Release Build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 to Developers

Apple has seeded a new pre-release build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 to developers for testing.
The new build number is 13C44. Focus areas are SMB2, Mail, Messages, Graphics Drivers, VoiceOver, and VPN.
Developers can get the update from the Mac Dev Center.
