Apple has seeded a new build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 to developers for testing. The build number is 13D28.
Focus areas include: Graphics Drivers, Audio, Safari, Contacts & Calendar sync over USB in iTunes, and Mail.
Developers can download the update from the Mac Dev Center.
