Cartier sued Apple today over an application for the iPhone that it claims infringes on the trademark for its Tank watches, according to a CNN Report.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, alleges the software " Fake Watch" and "Fake Watch Gold Edition" allows users to display time using " look-alike famous wristwatches" on Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.
"Fake Watch" is a free download and "Fake Watch Gold Edition" is available for purchase in Apple's iTunes store, according to the complaint.
