Cartier Sues Apple for Allowing Fake Watch App

Cartier sued Apple today over an application for the iPhone that it claims infringes on the trademark for its Tank watches, according to a CNN Report.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, alleges the software " Fake Watch" and "Fake Watch Gold Edition" allows users to display time using " look-alike famous wristwatches" on Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.
"Fake Watch" is a free download and "Fake Watch Gold Edition" is available for purchase in Apple's iTunes store, according to the complaint.
