This has to be fake, look at the top most left icon, it says "SMS"
the OS 3.0 messaging app has nothing in the white bubble, because it's name changes to messaging app, it can send/receive mms and sms

it's cause in operating system 3.0 you have MMS and SMS so instead of having two icons they just created a "messages icon".

If it was the new iPhone wouldn't have the new 3.0 firmware installed? they even have the old 3g icon on the status bar.
