Google to Release Separate YouTube App for Creators [Video]

Google has announced some of its upcoming plans for YouTube including a separate mobile app for creators. The company put together a 'Creator Preview' video that offers a run-down of what's being worked on to make YouTube better.

Upcoming Features:
● A separate mobile app that puts the creator features you told us were most important to have in the palm of your hand, right when you need them
● A feature that allows fans to directly contribute funds to their favorite creators on YouTube
● A way to harness the power of the crowd to create captions and subtitles for your videos in 60+ languages

Google says these features will join a few recent updates, including new comment management features, a way for artists to share in revenue from eligible cover song videos, and an ever-expanding Creator Academy.
