Samsung Mocks iPad's Display, Lack of Multitasking in New Ads [Video]

Samsung has released two new ads attacking the iPad's display and lack of multitasking. The ads promote the Galaxy Tab S and follow an ad for the Galaxy S5 that mocked iPhone users, calling them 'Wall Huggers'.

samsung commercials jumped the shark when they started making fun of the people rather than the product. Make enough android phones and one will eventually work out.

If they just put OSX on a tablet / larger screen phone, I would be happy and buy it. iOS is just too limited when compared to Android 4.3+, and I find iOS just a pain to use. But Apple hardware can't be beat (my household has everything up from an iPad mini).

Just wondering, is there a reason why Apple doesn't release true multi- task? Or the technology they use r are compatible yet? Or they wait until iPhone 20s lolz.. First time using iPhone 5s but I had to jailbreak to just have one feature, lockscreen calendar event show 5 days advance.

It's because people think they'll copy them, two, switching between apps is enough for some to multitask like me, but jailbreaks does that, and three, it's what anyone prefer.

People should remember one thing in life that any quality product you buy it comes with price. Apple products are expensive but you can't beat the quality. I have Ipad, iPhones and I mac and been using for past three years , not a single day I have a problem with any of my devices. My wife has to travel out of town and I was able to see where exactly she was, it doesn't mean I was spying on her but she was travelling first time by train. Worth apple devices I manage to see where she was. Also people don't understand samsung always copy apple. If iPhone was not invented companies like Nokia , samsung motor loa will still be selling their phones for ridiculous price and after two years they will worth nothing. Thanks to Steve Jobs who bring the iPhone and ipad and change the whole technology. Look at Microsoft products you can buy laptop for under 200 pounds. But you have to keep downloading antivirus software all the time.With Apple Products that the biggest peace of mind, that you don't have to worry about anti virus. All companies are getting jealous of Apple because they canny keep up with Apple and can't compete so they try to give apple bad publicity but people now a days are very smart. We all live in 21 st century and you can easily type in google and find out which products are good or bad!!!

Until Apple becomes dominant in corporate environments I can't take them too serious. Yes when their stuff works it works great... for the few times it screws up though it leaves everyone clueless on how to get it to work again though. My house has a few Apple products but due to needing access to the work network at home I still need a few PC's. Kills the nice thing of all apple stuff working together when for me I spend most of the time on a pc. I know I don't speak for everyone but the lack of true enterprise solutions always has me looking at apple as more of a toy. Due to the open nature of android I have made the switch to a samsung just because I can actually do more than basic smartphone things. It was nice a couple weeks ago when I needed to view an mri and I just loaded the image straight from the work network... vpn and then it was like it was a local file. The next iphone will be sweet... cant find a reason for an ipad(i have one) it just sits around and I give it to the kids to watch stuff on. Wish my windows laptop felt like a macbook pro....

It is just my situation along with my wifes work but they will not support macs at all and the software is not even there to allow us to do our charting from home or monitor patients. I know its small niche but for me it is a must unless I want to spend hours each evening at the office. I used to have a JB iphone and with enough effort I can get it to do everything my android does with very little effort. Again for the average user I still say macs are the way to go.... the UI is nicer and overall just easier. I just wish apple would also put effort into making corporate environments more obtainable. I am sure a big reason is cost... having an entire windows/terminal setup is much cheaper than pretty apple products everywhere.

It's a great idea but not practical. Why not just push the video to the Apple TV/chromecast and continue using your entire screen? Besides that interface looks cumbersome. Don't bash me I understand android software is like a Swiss Army knife. But instead of all those weak tools that may come in handy every once In a while, all I need is a good strong everyday knife.

So Samsung is for dads who don't give enough of a care about their kids to let them watch cartoons. Or to actually bother to play with their toddler instead of relegating that role to a tablet.

also according to the video, apple is for the same type of dads who do all those things, and also make their toddlers cry by taking away that delegated role for nothing multiple times.

Changed my iPhones today. Ooops, none of the apps data was backed up by iTunes. iTunes does not recognize the new iPhone and requires a complete restoration to sync some music. Apple... it is all about "ease" of use and "convenience"

Jailbreak allows multiple windows to run on my ipad, I run nearly 5, try to beat that balmer fanboy.

Your warranty has been void! And multitasking performance depends on CPU mostly not on the operating system. Quad Cores process multitasking way better than Dual Cores. So your iPad cannot compete in that aspect with any high-end Windows and Android devices

Quadcore ain't much if the hardware isn't optimize for the processor. Most intelligent consumers know that. The lagging occurs with lack of integration and careful testing of the applications.

Yeah! The colour is all green on almost every Samsung device I've seen, and only starts to look good on the high end Samsung devices.

Nothing beats reality and by that, just asks iPads friend, jailbreak. It allows more than 2 apps to run and it has Mac style for windows, try to beat that now.
