I hate to suggest it, but as MS's new lawsuit against Samsung shows, you can't trust Samsung to obey legal agreements. They'll agree, but there's no guarantee they'll honor the agreement, or even attempt to. Especially now that Samsung's profitability is sliding.

Time to suck up the diaper rashes and tantrums now that we put the past behind and face the facts already with using lawsuits and trolls to save us. iPhone 6 will end us all for good.
