4.7-Inch iPhone 6 to Feature Larger 2100 mAh Battery?

ESM-China analyst Sung Chang Xu says her supply chain sources indicate the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 may feature a larger 2,100 mAh battery, rather than the 1,810 mAh battery previously leaked.

Reportedly, the 1,810 mAh battery we’ve seen in the aforementioned leaked picture is as real as it can be, but according to Sung Chang Xu’s sources, these units have been used solely for testing purposes. As such, the final product could be launched with a meatier 2,100 mAh unit under the hood.


Unfortunately, we can't confirm these predictions; however, a recent survey found that better battery life is a more important to iPhone 6 buyers than a larger display. Thus, it would make sense for Apple to shoot for as big a battery as possible.
