As the iPhone 6 nears, more and more parts are leaking daily. Today, various iPhone 6 parts have leaked including the rear Apple logo, external camera ring, flex cables, and other smaller parts.
The rear Apple logo shown again corroborates the company's plans to have an embedded logo rather than a painted on logo. Apple has not used an embedded rear logo since the original iPhone, but it has used it for the iPad. Many initially hoped the rear cutout would be used for a notification light, but that likely will not be the case. Apple.club.tw also got its hands on a handful of Apple logos ready to be fitted on the back of an iPhone 6.
The leaked external camera ring also hints that the iPhone 6 could have a protruding lens, much like the iPod Touch. It is possible for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 to have a flush rear camera, while the 5.5-inch device have am aesthetically questionable protruding lens.
Other parts leaked include the Touch ID home button enclosure, headphone jack, lightning connector, and more. The iPhone 6 is expected to be announced September 9 and feature an A8 processor, an all new design, and much more.

The embedded logo is a significant design change that will likely attract many buyers to the iPhone 6. I would buy the iPhone just for the new logo.

The emblem represents build quality. When users compare hardware and software like bloatware or malware risks, they often prefer Apple's ecosystem over plastic-heavy alternatives. You get what you pay for and trying to compete with bloatware is not acceptable.

Apple moving its chip manufacturing to TSMC is a major shift for the industry. This diversification helps Apple reduce its reliance on Samsung for critical components. Those things take time, but finally they're moving forward.

Don't worry about Samsung, apple is already knocking on their door for the A9 chip. They just can't quit Samsung they always come back.

Same here, it will attach lens accessories just like the MacBooks with the charger magnet.

Change "it has" to "they have" on the quote "they have used it for the iPad" because the word it sounds like the apple logo made itself do the work, it just sounds incorrect.

It is a bit off-putting, but their usage is correct. I think yours would also be acceptable and I agree that it falls more pleasantly on the (inner) ear.
