Apple has released a new build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 to developers for testing.
This is a pre-release update to OS X Mavericks 10.9. Please refer to the seed note for more details and complete installation instructions.
The new build is numbered 13F14 and its focus areas include: Safari, USB, USB Smart Cards, Graphics, and Thunderbolt.
