Flappy Bird Developer to Release New 'Swing Copters' Game on Thursday [Video]

Flappy Bird developer Dong Nguyen is set to release a new game called 'Swing Copters' on Thursday, reports TouchArcade.

The game reportedly features the same difficult gameplay and addictiveness as his previous title.

Swing Copters captures all the "just one more try" of Flappy Bird, and seems even more brutally difficult. In the game, you play as a little dude who has a propeller on his head. Swing Copters coaxes you to tap the screen, at which point you're airborne, wildly flying to one side. Tapping changes your flight direction, and the goal is similar: Fly through as many gates and get as high as you can. Sort of similar to Flappy Bird, but going up instead of to the side.

Swing Copters is set for release on the 21st as a free download. There will be a single $0.99 in-app purchase to remove ads.

Wait, so if I was used in flappy bird, does that mean balloon fight guy is in this one?

I cant find a reason why he's making these stupidly hard games, its just the same as Flappy bird,someone's gonna send him a message saying its ruining his life and he's gonna cry and pull it out from the store. Its the same concept!

It's a harder challenge, without moving wrecking hammers whatever they are, it's the same thing, another thing is holding to move instead of tapping, but why would he cry in what way? Tears of joy?
