Leaked marketing material obtained by Gizmodo reveals that Fitbit is planning to release two new activity trackers, the Fitbit Charge and Fitbit Charge HD.
The Fitbit Charge resembles the Fitbit Force which was recalled last year after some users complained of skin irritation. Here's the feature list...
Fitbit Charge: ● Tracks steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed, & active minutes ● Displays stats, time, & caller ID ● Monitors sleep quality ● Silent, vibrating alarm ● Water resistant
The Fitbit Charge HR will incorporate heart rate monitoring. Here's its list of features...
Fitbit Charge HR ● PurePulse continuous, wrist-based heart rate for better calorie tracking & cardio training ● Tracks steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed, active minutes & 24/7 heart rate ● Use with MobileRun on the Fitbit App to see run stats ● Displays activity + run stats, time, & caller ID ● Monitors sleep quality ● Silent, vibrating alarm ● Water resistant
It's unclear when Fitbit will launch this device. A Russian retailer lists the Charge and Charge HR at $185 and $220, respectively, however, Gizmodo feels that might be high as the Force was $130 at launch.

Since there is no Health integration, just going to wait a few months, pay an extra hundred bucks and get the Apple Watch, which will do all the above and crap tons more.

The promotional material (picture) says Fitbit Charge HR.
First sentence says HD.
"Leaked marketing material obtained by Gizmodo reveals that Fitbit is planning to release two new activity trackers, the Fitbit Charge and Fitbit Charge HD."
Regardless, thanks for the info!
Cheers.
