Apple CEO Tim Cook has posted a photo of himself inside a Foxconn factory in Zhengzhou to Twitter.
Great to meet talented people like Zhang Fan, who helps make iPhone 6 in Zhengzhou. An early highlight of this trip.
Cook is on a trip to China during which he reportedly met with Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai.
Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai and Apple Inc. CEO Tim Cook on Wednesday exchanged views on protection of users' information during their meeting in Zhongnanhai, the central authority's seat. They also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in information and communication fields.
This follows reports that Chinese authorities are reportedly using a 'man-in-the-middle attack' to gather usernames and passwords from Chinese iCloud Users. Apple has since posted a support document with instructions on verifying a secure connection to the iCloud website.

She looks too happy. She'll get whipped by Foxconn CEO after he leaves and she'll get punished in front of her family. #naughtynaughty

$2 dollards per hour makes that worker happy, with $0.30 you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, outside in a restaurant, probably they survive better than you in the US.

well said lepaka! people don't understand how's the life cost in china. 2$ is very good for what they're doing and where they're living. Considering that in china the currency is the Chinese yuan, and they are being payed in USD ;)

Now that's a great ceo. Going down on the production line meeting workers, even when it's halfway across the world.

That's pretty much every CEOs job. Keeping everyone in demand of the productions.

He might as well do something while he rides the last few years of Steve's fumes.

What last year of Steve's fumes? Tim thinks about him every day. If it hadn't been for Steve, the world wouldn't be what it's like today even without competition, yet Tim kept that way going. Without one or the other, just imagine a world without one of them.

He wasn't there to meet and greet the $1 hour laborers that was just a PR picture moment. He went to China to in the pursuit of more money by planning for 15 new apple stores.

Some lucky person (sarcasm intended) will probably end up with tim cooks' hair or skin cells residing in their i6. (No protective gear worn)

And some useful guy (no pun intended) will make use of that crooked mind of yours and pass it all down.
