Apple appears to be scheduling its next wave of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launches on November 14th with at least ten more countries scheduled to get the new smartphone on that day.
Apple last announced that iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will arrive in 36 additional countries and territories across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa by the end of October. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are now available in a total of 69 countries and territories and are on track to be available in more than 115 countries by the end of the year, making this the fastest iPhone rollout ever.
It is frustrating for those waiting, but launch plans for products are put in place months ahead.
So its like trying to reverse an Aircraft carrier, at some point its too late to do so.
Just like ramping up demand takes time. If any one item is constrained the whole product cant be built.
Shipping needs to be booked. Apparently other manufacturers couldn't get product out of China around launch time as Apple had booked a lot of the shipping space ahead of time.
If you think past your frustration, Apple (like other businesses) doesnt want you to wait, and would be trying very hard to satisfy every customer, but also customers live all around the world.
