Microsoft has unveiled a new Universal Foldable Keyboard that features support for the iPhone and iPad.
The Universal Foldable Keyboard is designed to work with iPad, iPhone, Android devices, Windows tablets and select Windows Phones, and you can simultaneously pair it with any combination of two compatible devices and quickly switch between them with one touch.
Features: Set up in seconds — just open it to turn it on and connect. Then you’ll enjoy fast, comfortable typing on a full-size keyset. Power through emails, edit a proposal or instant message with friends. When you’re done, simply close it to turn it off and you’re ready to go. And its durable, spill-resistant keyset and fabric help protect against accidents.
Pricing and Availability: The Universal Foldable Keyboard will be generally available in July 2015 for the estimated retail price of $99.95 at the Microsoft Store and various other retailers.

And they mocked ipad for not having keyboard when hundreds were clearly made for it, now they care enough to make one for ipad? Felt wrong there Microsoft? Too bad, I'm not buying your forgiveness into buying your floppy keyboards.

Don't you have to pay extra for their surface keyboard how can they mock when iPad keyboards are so much cheaper

No, they mocked iPad like it doesn't have a keyboard to be used with. Microsoft ads that target Apple leave out anything in a desperate claim for themselves to act like they made something new for a tablet. They have done this countless times. Check their channel, it proves why they barely survived flushing their profits on them and are nearly on par with bbm.
