Apple Japan may have accidentally shipped a customer Snow Leopard with his purchase of a Mac mini.
Engadget Japan received the anonymous tip and screenshots below. It's one of those vanilla hardware-specific install discs, dubbing itself Mac OS version 10.6, and clearly packing the goods if the screenshots don't lie.

I'm calling fake. I highly doubt the user went in and switched the background from the new Snow Leopard space background to the Leopard one. The one in the picture is the Leopard background.

Wow, that was the shittiest translation, seemed like a 1st grader typed it out! 2nd, why would Japan ship an english labeled disc to a Japanese customer? Something isnt adding up here. Although, even I have a copy of the Snow DVD. True? Maybe. Probably not.
