Google has posted a video demonstrating the 'Chrome TouchBot' they use to test latency on their Android and Chrome OS devices.
The robot is built by OptoFidelity whose robots with six or more axes can test the output of angle sensitive styluses and touch accuracy and linearity of curved touch panels.
