If you find you’re always running a bit late, you can set your Apple Watch a few minutes fast.
Step One
Open the Settings app then tap ‘Time’.

Step Two
Tap the gray button then turn the Digital Crown to set the watch ahead by as much as 59 minutes. Tap ‘Set’ to save your changes.

This setting only changes the time shown on the watch face—it doesn’t affect alarms, times in notifications, or any other times (such as World Clock).
