Snapchat Locks User Accounts With Third Party Plugins/Jailbreak Tweaks Installed

Snapchat is now locking the accounts of users who have installed jailbreak tweaks that modify the photo sharing app.

Users are presented with a message that reads:

Oh no! Your account has been locked. Please uninstall any plugins you may have installed and visit https://www.snapchat.com/unlock

Users of Phantom, a popular Snapchat tweak, are all affected. Let us know which tweak you're using and if your account has been locked in the comments. CokePokes, the developer of Phantom says he is looking into the matter.

Update: Snapchat's official twitter account tweeted that Snapchat will not work on jailbroken devices. The tweet has since been removed. Some users are reporting that they are able to login to Snapchat after removing or disabling their third-party plugins/tweaks.

It doesn't allow me to unlock my account. Ok, yes I did use two apps to upload a timelapsed video of a tornado I saw at the back of my garden. I deleted both of them after the first lockage and now it's done it again and I can't unlock it.... But I deleted the apps so how is that possible? Please help, need support as soon as possible.

I tried to login my snapchat and it wouldn't let me . I do think the app I used to upload pictures on my snap is part of the reason why it's locked . please please unlock my snapchat account

All you have to do is uninstall phantom and go to the official Snapchat unlock page to unlock your profile

I've been permantley locked out my account, I think it's because of Phantom. Hopefully CokePokes fixes this annoying problem.

Snap master tweak here and they blocked my account .

I downloaded snapchat for the first time two days ago and instantly got phantom so I could have more than one line of text when I sent snapchats to people. Now that they are blocking jailbreak tweaks I just deleted my snapchat account and deleted the app. Without phantom snapchat sucks! Byeee snapchat!!

I can't even log in cause it blocks me since I have Phantom installed. Hopefully @cokepokes finds a fix soon.
