Apple Releases iOS 9 GM Seed to Developers

Apple has released the Gold Master seed of iOS 9 to developers. The build is number 13A340 and it can be downloaded from the link below.

iOS 9 will be released to the public on September 16th.

I loaded all beta of iOS 9 and when you release GM of iOS 9 I try to load it but beta 1 of iOS 9.1 appear saw I loaded it no problems Thank you

This can't be right. I downloaded the file version 13A340 and after upgrade the iphone tell me that the public beta 3 is available. The PB3 is version 13A4325c. Something is not ok
