The Facebook app has been updated with 3D Touch support.
Pressing the Facebook app icon now brings up three shortcuts to Take Photo/Video, Upload Photo/Video, and Write Post. As of yet, no examples of Peek or Pop have been found within the app itself.

Does not work. Does not work if icon is not in a folder. Does not work if app icon is in a folder, so useless to me because i like to organize my apps.
