The iPhone Dev Team has gotten a hold of the 1.1.3 firmware and has begun work on hacking it. This has been confirmed on hackint0sh by pspsully.

The ipsw and the secpack are two completly separate entities, ok, the seckpack is within the ipsw but that still does not mean we have it. Like im sure many of you remember, it took nearly a week for the secpack to be retrieved from the 1.1.1 ipsw file when it was released.

The ipsw is being worked on so just be patient!!

pspsully also confirmed that the 1.1.3 firmware does have a new Baseband.
