The Apple Store which is shown it is at Mall of Emirates in Dubai.

Are you positive? I was just at that store a couple of weeks ago. The Dubai Apple Store has trees in the middle of it. That one doesn't gave the trees. It looks very similar though.

That's not an actual store that's shown in the picture. It's just a mockup of what future stores will look like. If you go to appleinsider the article explains it further.
