Vidyo is a new screen recorder app for your iPhone and iPad that doesn't require a jailbreak to work.

Vidyo captures your entire screen, and/or ALL audio on your device, and even allows you to add commentary and finalise your video all on your device - no computer required. Ideal for uploading directly to video sites such as YouTube.

The app works by creating a local AirPlay server. You're then able to mirror your device's screen to that server for recording.

Vidyo also lets you take videos from the camera, record sound from your microphone, or use video or voice already on your device; and then trim, combine/mix and edit these into one final file.

Nice app, But I cannot find it on App store, anyone had this problem? I used to record iphone screen with an app acethinker iphone recorder, if vidyo works well as acethinker, that would be amazing!

I think the mirroring showed up once or twice, but most of the time it's not really working that we'll. This could need a little clarification. The settings I want to use is sound from both device and mic, together with device screen capture. All I get is sound. I can get device screen capture without any audio checkmarked, though.

That didn't take long. It's gone now. Should have got it when I had the chance. Things like this wouldn't happen if it wouldn't be so publicized. Would take longer for Apple to find out.

Wow I would have purchased if apple did not pull so quickly since this was one of a handful of reasons to have jail broken so guess I need to pay attention to pop ups faster lol

I did see it before it was pulled. Noticed the price on it expecting it to be free.
