It's not for iPad because it's not something you can take with you and built to work with HealthKit since that's what Apple Watch involves.

I think far more people have one watch and two phones than there are people with two watches and one phone. What was the logic behind the decision to allow pairing multiple watches to a single device? Developer app testing?

Probably to see all the watches and keep up with all of them at once.

Too bad you need to update to 9.3 on your phone to update watch os. I'll keep my jailbreak thanks.
