Amazon is now offering monthly Prime and Prime Video subscription options.
Previously, an Amazon Prime subscription would cost you $99 yearly which works out to about $8.25 a month. Now customers can choose to pay $10.99 on a monthly basis for Prime or if you just care about Amazon Prime Video, you can subscribe to that service for $8.99/month.
The move puts Amazon in more direct competition with Netflix for its video service and may open the door to more subscribers who are uncertain about committing to a full year of Prime.
You can signup for a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime by clicking here.
