Apple has launched its Back to School promotion offering a free set of wireless Beats headphones when you buy an eligible Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
Qualified educational purchasers can receive either (1) a pair of Beats Solo2 Wireless Headphones with purchase of an eligible Mac with education pricing; or (2) a pair of Powerbeats2 Wireless Headphones with purchase of an eligible iPhone or eligible iPad with education pricing — or upgrade to a pair of Beats Solo2 Wireless Headphones for $100.
The promotion starts on June 2, 2016, at Apple Store locations, Apple Online Store for Education Individuals, participating Apple Authorized Campus Stores, and 1-800-MY-APPLE.
At Apple Authorized Campus Stores, iPhone devices are not available for purchase and are not eligible for this promotion.
The promotion ends on September 5, 2016. Hit the link below to see list of Macs, iPads, and iPhones that qualify for the offer.

Wow, Apple goes and offers these Beats products. Go look at the reviews of Beats products on the Apple store. All the bad reviews are about the quality of the product. That's something for premium headphones. Instead of buying Beats, Apple could have bought Bose. What a wasted investment.

Maybe app,e knows how bad beats are and invested in this because free beats for us to sell. How can you say no to that?

It is very difficult with the Beats. I have bought three pairs in the last two years and they all break within a few months. Even the warranty replacements they sent break. I can't keep on requesting replacements. People have better things to do rather than sitting and calling customer service for warranty replacements. Even if offered a free one, honestly I will decline.

this isn't the only time this has happened, but I see more like a lightning EarPods being made than wireless headset because if it's wireless, it's a beats headphone.

I'm reffering to the time they included beats in deals, I don't mean what's being hinted at.
