Apple has released macOS Server 5.2 beta and Apple Configurator 2.3 beta.
About Server 5.2 beta Server 5.2 beta (build 16S1083q, app version 5.1.50) is now available for testing. This version is designed for use with OS X version 10.11.6 beta and macOS Sierra version 10.12 beta.
About Apple Configurator 2.3 Apple Configurator 2 is an app for OS X 10.11.5 or later that makes it easy to set up and deploy groups of similarly or identically configured iOS devices. Apple Configurator can be used to quickly perform discrete tasks like updating to latest iOS or installing apps or configuration profiles as well as create and execute custom workflows which configure many devices with one click.

Yes - to access these betas a paid developer account is required ($99/yr), the 'public betas' are free, but lag slightly behind dev releases. Both require NDA.
