Apple Canada Drops Pricing on Entire MacBook Lineup

Apple has unexpectedly lowered the pricing for all MacBooks in Canada today. This move is likely a response to the stronger Canadian dollar.

The pricing adjustments are as follows:

MacBook Pro 13-inch 2.26GHz: $1399 → $1299
MacBook Pro 13-inch 2.53GHz: $1749 → $1599

MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.53GHz: $1999 → $1799
MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.66GHz: $2299 → $2099
MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.80GHz: $2599 → $2399

MacBook Pro 17-inch 2.80GHz: $2899 → $2599

MacBook Air 1.86GHz 120 GB: $1749 → $1599
MacBook Air 2.13GHz 128 SSD: $2099 → $1899

MacBook 2.26GHz: $1150 → $1099

I just hope it say's that way is this going to happen for all Apple products..I hate getting excited to buy a product for a price and then realize I am looking at the us www.apple.com site not apple.com/ca I love this :)

An adjustment due to our strong Canadian dollar versus the weak US dollar.

It's really JUST about the weak USD and has nothing to do with our dollar being strong. The CDN dollar vs the euro or pound hasn't really changed...
