The Magic Mouse manual suggests upgrading to Mac OS X 10.6.2 or installing the Wireless Mouse Software Update to get support for its new features.
This suggests that Mac OS X 10.6.2 may get released very soon.
AppleInsider points out that over the past few weeks, three betas of Mac OS X 10.6.2 have been sent to developers.
