Enough with the headphone jack talks/complaints, ALREADY!. Ever since I adapted to wireless/Bluetooth headphones I have never used that pesky jack since iPhone 5.
For mediocre listener? yes. For audiophile? Hello No. I been using Apple's product (iPod Original) as my on-the-go music streamer. Apple did such a nice job on keeping audio quality as is when its playing through that tiny portable player. Their quality of the music player is so great that they just needed to keep it as is even till now with iPhone 7. But what is this wireless sh1t? This is total disaster for audiophiles. There is no wireless technology (bluetooth, W1 from apple, NFC, etc) that can truly transfer the same quality of audio that iPhone outputs. Now we need to carry around stupid dongle which doesn't even offer different color for the cable. smh
now I would say, beware Apple your thrown is in danger. not really with the 1st Google Phone, but at 2nd, 3rd version or they jump out scores, or they die (which I don't believe).
the formula is the same as Apple, develop hardware and software under the same roof, then they can potential the performance and the offer to the users :)
It will be a serious matter for the smartphone industry, I believe will be the funeral of Samsung, HTC ........
It's going to be more of a threat to Samsung than Apple. Plus it really looks like an iPhone, so that will steal even more mindshare from Android users. Subconsciously leading them towards Apple.
It looks exactly like an older iPhone!! Such a copy!! However, I liked the fast charging, longer battery and unlimited free storage as well. Because no matter how much I love my 6S, the battery is still garbage and apple charges an arm and a leg for storage, sometimes the price of your first born, depending on your needs. It also take a long time to charge even though it drains quickly.
Wow, this is a new low for someone who just assumes the three phones are the same. Apple being the next blackberry? Get real! Blackberry failed because their os was old, their phone used an outdated physical keyboard which meant not doing much with it, and the lack of doing anything new compared to what Apple clearly addressed comparing everything inside and out from top to bottom to all 3 phones. Besides, iPhone still holds up because it continues to fix the flaws, it continues to give people what they have asked for so long, and it shows that even if it's not perfect in some ways, it still meets the consumers wants and needs.
Looks very good, plus Android has been on point with new features. This maybe enough for me to finally switch over to Android. My 6s Plus is a great phone, the iPhone 7 isn't worth an upgrade so I might buy this just to see how it compares.
I find iPhone 7 a worthy upgrade for me. I give credit to what pixel phone here pushes itself to do, but to me, it feels like just another android phone especially based on design (even if it runs chrome OS, it still kind of feels like one).
